I currently receive a report with tons of information I do not need. I would
like to sort by column D (commodity) then by column B (customer number). I get this report daily and the information changes from day to day. Please take a look at the following and let me know how I would accomplish this. The first worksheet is how I receive the report. Then second worksheet is how I would like it to look. Thanks in advance! A B C D E 1 Customer 11111 Bob 2 Shipment Commodity Code PIECES 3 -------- ----------------- --------- 4 8CJR6802 12345 1 5 8CJR7098 11156 1 6 ---------- ----------------- ---------- 7 TOTAL DLR: 2 2 2 8 9 Customer 22222 Ken 10 Shipment Commodity PIECES 11 -------- ----------------- --------- 12 8CJR6865 12345 1 13 8CJR7106 11156 2 14 12245 1 15 11167 1 16 ---------- ----------------- ---------- 17 TOTAL DLR: 2 4 5 18 19 Customer 33333 Tim 20 Shipment Commodity PIECES 21 -------- ----------------- --------- 22 8CJR7265 11167 2 23 ---------- ----------------- ---------- 24 TOTAL DLR: 1 1 2 25 26 Customer 44444 Ray 27 Shipment Commodity PIECES 28 -------- ----------------- --------- 29 8CJR6806 12335 1 30 ---------- ----------------- ---------- 31 TOTAL DLR: 1 1 1 A B C D E 1 Customer 11111 Bob 2 11111 Shipment Commodity Code PIECES 3 11111 8CJR7098 11156 1 4 22222 8CJR7106 11156 2 5 22222 11167 1 6 33333 8CJR7265 11167 2 7 22222 12245 1 8 44444 8CJR6806 12335 1 9 11111 8CJR6802 12345 1 10 22222 8CJR6865 12345 1 |
