i need a function to find the highest value in a list
 

Hi,

I've got a bunch of numbers and its a long list of numbers. I need to find
the biggest one in the list. Is there a way of doing this with a function.

=MAX(A1:A100)
where A1:A100 is the range of your long list of numbers

use the MAX function
e.g.
=MAX(A1:A100)
where A1:A100 is your long list of numbers
