Problem defining Freese Panes setting
 

Why does the command "Freeze Panes" freez 1 to 15 when I activate it on row
A1.

You must select a cell below and to the right of where you want the freeze
line to occur.

To freeze row 1 select A2 and Freeze Panes.

To freeze row 1 and column A select B2.
