Pivot Table Chart Drop Down Box
 

Hi, I wrote yesterday with a question and received no replies (Pivot Table
Drop Down Box Disappears). Is anyone able to answer my question? I tried to
explain as best I can maybe it needs more defining. Would really appreciate
someone's help. Especially now I find out that the chart I made using Pivot
Table has a secondary axis and if I choose a drop down box, e.g., month, the
secondary axis does not show up and I have to format it all over. Please
help!

Thank you Herbert, I tried to go into each of the sites you listed and the
filter here at work (federal government) denies me access. Big sigh.... is

I have been on both these sites. That is how I got as far as I did. Do you
have an address I can send it to. It is becoming complicated now. I just
have one month's of data inputted so far and don't want to complicate it
anymore than it is right now. The information is pretty generic. Or maybe I
can forward to my home e-mail and then do it that way????

I am sure the Feds don't want you to send the info anywhere.
I propose you start with random data and create
a file with a similar structure at home.
After it is vetted by the Feds (3 mos),
upload it and post the link.
I suspect doing the exercise will resolve the problem.

Don't think I can do it at home....no Excel 2003. But thank you for the
information. I think I will try reposting my question and be more specific
in describing the problem. Maybe someone will understand it and be able to
help me out.
