enter 45, display 45 kilos
 
How to format a cell so that it will display a number entered with the units
desired. eg. if you enter 345, it will display 345 days, kilos, miles etc.

enter 45, display 45 kilos
 

Simply custom format cells: Right Click cellFormat CellsCustom and
type 0"Kilos", if you do not use the quotes then it will only accept
Kilo.
