WeekNUM Function

My Excel 2003, which came with the Small Bussiness Edition of Microsoft
Office, does not have WEEKNUM. How can I get this function?

Uh -- Look at HELP for WEEKNUM and follow the instructions -- probably starting
in the second paragraph with words like: "If this function is not available
...."
