Can anyone explain why my excel file won't scroll downwards?
 

I am working in a file that we have been using for some time. Now when I
attempt to scroll downwards to review subsequent entries, the sheet won't
scroll.

Can anyone explain why my excel file won't scroll downwards?
 

Maybe there's frozen window panes
Try clicking Window Unfreeze Panes
to switch it off
