Default how do i encrypt an excel workbook/worksheet report?

I want to encrypt a worksheet before sending it to a mail recipient for them
to be able to open it if they know the password. Is this the same as
password protection? What are the procedures I need to follow to do it?

Note: there are 3 types of Protection which can all be passworded.

1. WorkSheet protection from ToolsProtection

2. WorkBook protection from ToolsProtection

3. File protection from FileSave AsToolsGeneral Options(XL2002)

Pick the one you want.

You don't need to Encrypt as as I can envision, but to do so would require
ToolsOptionsSecurity and Advanced.
