I have several different columns with different people I need to total the
columns per person on a different sheet

Sheet name is data and summary

I want columns B,M,X,AI to total on the summary sheet

Try this on your summary sheet:

=SUM(data!B:B,data!M:M,data!X:X,data!AI:AI)
