I am trying to import some data into a spreadsheet. I have almost 130,000
lines of data. Is it possible to change the number of rows allowed in Excel? |

No.
Spread the data over two or more sheets. Easiest way to do that is to import just part of the data on each import. Can you import first to a text file then break that into smaller chunks?
