linking workbooks when source data moves

I need to be able to link two workbooks so that the source data updates the
destination workbook. The second issue is that my source data moves, as
information is added and removed, as well as sorted. Can this be done?

Use lookup formulas. VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, etc.
