I use Microsoft Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003 on my computer at
home. While I was out of the room, one of the kittens walked across the keyboard and locked the 'undo' and 'redo' arrows. They are 'grayed' out and only turn black when I tried to reinstall them, which didn't work. Does anyone know how to 'undo' their help? -- Betty Boop |

Hi,
What exactly do you mean by "I tried reinstalling them"? Are you reinstalling Office? Undo and Redo are not available until you do something. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button Cheers, Shane Devenshire "Grandma Betty" wrote: I use Microsoft Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003 on my computer at home. If they are visible, then there is no need to use Customize to put
them back. As Shane said, they are only black/available when you have actually done something, like typing something. If you Save or do some other types of commands, you will lose the saved Undo and it is gone. If you have to reverse something at that point, you have to go change it back manually. |

That's the problem. When I enter info on my spreadsheet and make a mistake, I
can't hit the undo and remove it. The buttons are grey even after I have entered information. -- Betty Boop "Spiky" wrote: If they are visible, then there is no need to use Customize to put them back. Have you got any event code running that would clear the undo stack?
