Have you tried the 'Transpose' option of the 'Paste Special' selection?

I tried to change the format of the cells, so that they appear across the
page horizontally, but this was very time consuming.

I have made each group contain the same number of verticla cells, but when
trying to Import inot Outlook, I receive a fatal error.

Can anyone help?
This seems strange as when I export data, the format is the same.?!?!
