Search / find Formula
Hi,
what is the formular that i can use to take one cell with data in it and shearch/find that exact data throughout my workbook? The data will be entered differently each time. It is exactly like the 'find function' in your edit tab. but i want to put it in my opening sheet. thanks |
Search / find Formula
Not quite sure what you're wanting. Do you want the find dialogue box to
appear, or do you want a formula that will search for a word in another cell? Former: Just press Ctrl+F Latter: Probably want to use either the SEARCH, FIND, or MATCH function, depending on what area you are searching. -- Best Regards, Luke M *Remember to click "yes" if this post helped you!* "Michael" wrote: Hi, what is the formular that i can use to take one cell with data in it and shearch/find that exact data throughout my workbook?
