Default Datedif

I am having a problem makeing Datedif work in Excel 2007,somebody
mentioned that there is abug in Excel 2007 working with diffrent date
format and it gives a diffrent answer depending on the format. I am
having no luck to give any answer it always returnes #NAME# or
#VALUE#. anybody has an answer to this problem?

You forgot to tell us what formula you are using, and what are the contents
of the cells that are being used by the formula.
