protect worksheet but allow row deletion
My worksheet is protected and many cells are either locked or unlocked. Rows
A10:A31 are unlocked, however, a user cannont delete any row in the rows mentioned. How can I make this happen? Thanks |

It depends of your Excel version, in Excel 2003, during the protection
process you select: Tools -Protection - Protect Sheet Then check in the Allow all users of this worksheet to Box the Delete Rows option. -- If this posting was helpful, please click on the Yes button. Sorry, that was a bug in Excel 97. You will have to upgrade your software,
