need help with coping rows
 

I am tring to set up an sop workbook. The first sheet being an index the
following sheets i would like to be populated from the index automatically
based on the first 4 numbers of the sop i.e 01-01-xxx or 02-01-xxx. The
index sheet has the sop # in col a name in col b implementation date col c.
