Select the row directly under the area you want to add a new row. Either 1. right click the selected row and then select "insert" or 2. after selecting the row goto insertrows. This is for xl03 or older for xl07 maybe some one that speaks 07 will instruct you. Hi,
Select the row number where you want to insert the row and press Ctrl++ (control plus). You can't insert a row through a pivot table, not if the spreadsheet is protected (in most cases). If you are getting an error message after you try our suggestions, quote the error message for us. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button Cheers, Shane Devenshire "Leonie" wrote: HOw do I insert a row in a spreadsheet, I keep getting a long winded message that wont allow me to insert it. |
