Pivot tables - Refresh issues
I have 2 separate pivot tables (separate worksheets) within a file - both
using same data source. For some reason I now have an issue that when I refresh one table, it refreshes the other at the same time (whether or not I have them relying on each other re data source). Is there a way to ensure only one table refreshes at a time? (using right click/refresh button to refresh). |

When you create a new pivot table based upon the same data source, Excel asks you if you would like to "save memory and make your workbook file smaller" by linking the new pivot table to the previous one. For your needs, you should answer "No". |
Pivot tables - Refresh issues
Sorry for delay Glenn - re message below - when does it arise? - when
selecting data to base pivot table on, whether I select "Another Pivot table report" or "Microsoft Excel List of Database" I do not see the msg (using Excel 2003) Thanks "Glenn" wrote: JS wrote: I have 2 separate pivot tables (separate worksheets) within a file - both using same data source.
