List of biweekly payperiods that start on Monday 12/22/08, Pay Period ends
Sunday 1/4/09 and paycheck date is Thursday 1/8/09. For formula in excel to do this automatically for 2009 and I won't have to do it manually. |

In A1 enter Pay Period
In A2 enter the start date of 12/22/2008 In A3 enter =A2 + 14 drag/copy down as far as you wish to cover 2009 In B1 enter Paycheque Date In B3 enter =A3 + 4 copy down. In A1 put "Start" In B1 put "End" and in C1 Payday
In A2 put 12/22/2008. In B2, put 1/4/2009. In C2, 1/8/2009 In A3 put =A2+14. In B3, =B2+14 and in C3 =C2+14 Highlight A3 and B3 and in the lower-right corner of the selection box you'll see your cursor turns into a + when you mouse over it. When it does, click it and drag down as far as you like. Does it produce the correct results? If not, can you provide more information?
