Using two Vlookup in one Cell
 

I want to Display the Result in €œDisplay Value from Table€� Name Cell any
value / Word from two different tables
Enter Value :- B1 is Data entry Cell
Display Value from Table :- B2 is Result Cell

If the Entered value in B1 Cell is equals to Table 1 Column D4 to G10 than
I want to display any value from D5 to G5 Column
Or
If the Entered value in B1 Cell is equals to Table 2 Column C14 to G19 than
I want to display any value from D14 to G14 Column

SO PLEASE GIVE ME CORRECT VLLOKUP FORMULA TO EXTACT VALUE FROM TWO TABLES
