using LOOKUP instead of IF on dynamic row
Hello all, I was wondering if someone could help me out here. The
problem is this: A row of dynamic length. A second row in which I want to compare each cell to the dynamic row and return 1 or 0. I can't have the next smallest value as I need true/false results. It isn't pretty with the IF but that is what I am using now, changing the function in the cells to match the range where the value might lie in the dynamic row. I just wanted a nicer way to make this happen. I think it'll be HLOOKUP but I'm not sure how to set dynamic row length or how not to return 1/0. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Jay |
