Auto sum only adding the last few numbers in the column.
I select the column of numbers. Some cells have no value because no charge
has been posted to that line item. I need to know the totals as the month progresses. But when I select cells from the top of the list (client A) to the bottom of the list (client z), autosum only adds together the last few numbers selected. What am I doing wrong. I've done this before and I've gotten totals, even when some cells had nothing posted to them. Thanks, Trishalu |

Some cells may contain TEXT numbers. Are these numbers the result of a
formula or are they manually entered? -- Biff Microsoft Excel MVP "Trishalu" wrote in message ... I select the column of numbers.
