Excel 2003:
I have a large amount of data going into a pivot table (i.e. 90 entries). When I drag to the data area, the rows default to "count of" data item 1, data item 2, ... data item 90. I then have to select each one individually and change the field settings to use "sum of" instead of "count of". How can I set the default to be "sum of"? Or how can I select all 90 rows and with one choice change them to be "sum of"? Thank you! |
