Formula help
 

I am looking for a way to round up a number if the decimal number is greater
than .25. I looked at the ROUND and CEILING functions but can't seem to put
a IF THEN statement on it.

For example:

2.25 would round down to 2
2.26 would round up to 3
2.31 would round up to 3
2.15 would round down to 2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try this:

=ROUND(A1+0.249999,0)

and copy down, assuming your data starts in A1.
