IF and OR statements
 

I'm trying to create a formula that does the following from sheet2:

If the text in sheet2 column A equals the text in sheet1 column H

and

the text in sheet2 column C equals the text in either sheet1 column I or
sheet1 column K

then i want to sum the numbers in sheet1 column L.

Any thoughts?

Maybe this:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(Sheet2!A2:A10=Sheet1!H2:H10),--((Sheet2!C2:C10=Sheet1!I2:I10)+(Sheet2!C2:C10=Shee t1!K2:K10)0),Sheet1!L2:L10)
