I need to copy items dow as many as 100,000 rowes is there an easy way

Assume you want to copy a formula that is in H2 down to H10000
in the name box (above the header in column A), type H2:H10000 and press enter, then press Ctrl + D If you have a formula in H2 and all the cells in G2:G10000 are filled then you can also move the cursor to the lower right corner in H2 and when it changes from thick to thin double click -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "gfj" wrote in message ... If you don't know the last row number then you can
1. Select H2 2. Press SHIFT-CTRL and press DOWN ARROW. If you do not have blank rows in between then it will select Col H from H2 to the last row If there are a few blanks then you can press DOWN ARROW till you reach the last row... 3. Press CTRL-D OR 1. you can select the whole column H 2. Press SHIFT-CTRL and press UP ARROW 3.
