Formula results to be highlighted through IF function?
I have a column displaying number of days to go to an event.
I undertand that I can automatically highlight this number if less than a pre-set amount of days. Thanks |

Highlight your relevant cells or column and click Format, Conditional
Formatting. Where it says 'Condition 1' leave the box below to say 'Cell Value Is'. Change the next box to say 'less than', and in the third box type in the number to be less than. Now click the 'Format' Button and go to the 'Patterns' tab. Choose a highlight colour and click 'OK'. Finally click 'OK'. -- Alan Moseley IT Consultancy http://www.amitc.co.uk If I have solved your problem, please click Yes below. Thanks.
