(b) no longer updates automatically without opening & closing (a) or using the EditLinks feature. I believe the auto refresh disappeared when my company upgraded MS Office from Proffesional to XP. Using Excel 2003. |

The 1st option in EditLinksStartup Prompt was already selected.
