Formula Help Needed!

Example

column a = blank
column b = blank
column c = blank
column d = blank
column e = will ALWAYS have a number

so if there is a number in column e then say yes assuming all other cells
are blank

if there is a number in column e and any other column then say no

this is what I need a formula based on...
