LINKING TABLES IN EXCEL

I have an Excel sheet1 with the following columns ID, Station, Soil_code, and
Crop_Code but I also have a sheet2 with columns ID, Station, Soil_code, and
factor.

What I want to do is to link these two sheets by ID, Station, and soil_code
and get the value of factor in the Sheet1. Is it possible to do this in
Excel?

What is the Excel function or formula that i need to use in this case?

I really appreciate any help!!!

Regards
