My Name is Tracy. How can i copy a spreed sheet with formular and paste to
another spreed sheet without formular?

Select the range of data to copy or CTRL + a(twice in 2003) to select all
cells.

EditCopy

Switch to other sheet, select a cell and EditPaste SpecialValuesOKEsc.
