How do I unprotect a spreadsheet?
I received a spreadsheet from my client and while I can view all the pages, I
can only print some, even if I select print entire worksheet. How can I "unprotect" the worksheet so that I can print all the pages? Thanks :) Sofiya |

Doesn't sound like it is protected, it sounds as if it has a defined Print
Area. You could try File|Print Area|Clear Print Area and see if that helps. Forewarned, I myself design spread sheets to only print specific print areas because I sometimes might have data 'hidden' in columns off to the side. -- John C "Sofiya" wrote: I received a spreadsheet from my client and while I can view all the pages, I can only print some, even if I select print entire worksheet.
