Roving Text Box

I have a spreadsheet that is approx 329 rows and is color coded. I currently
have the color legend at the bottom of the document. I would like to have the
legend remain in view while scrolling through the document. Is this possible?
If so, please let me know how to do it.

One way:
Select cell in column A just above legend row then WindowSplit up
