Hi Rich

In xl2003 and below ToolsOptionsGeneral Tab and uncheck R1C1 Reference
style.

In 2007 it will be accessed via the Office button and then Excel Options.

I have office 2007 loaded on my machine and when I open excel I get the
following error. Compile Error: Can't find project or library. Anyone know
how to fix it.
