Excell XP (2002)
 

I created a spreadsheet using Excel from Office XP and gave it to several of
my clients to use to gather information.

Those clients using Office 2003 reported that when using this sheet it takes
several seconds to move from one cell to the next.

I tried it on a machine running Office 2003 and this is correct.
It appears to be related to the security setting since setting security to
'high' resolves the issue. I have no macros in the sheet just some very
simple formulae so I wonder what might really be the issue.
