changing numbers from positive to negative in a sheet
I downloaded an expense spreadsheet and it shows the charges as positive and
I need to change these numbers to negative. There are up to 150 numbers in a column so it would be great to highlight the entire column and change + to - and - to + where appropriate. I am using Microsoft Office 2000 on this computer. All help would be appreciated. |

In an empty cell, enter the number -1

In an empty cell enter the value -1 (negative one)
