How to refresh the pivot table automatically once i update the data?

Pivot table updation

Click the "Refresh" button (the one with the exclamation point) on the
Pivot Table toolbar. The ranges in your source data should be given
dynamically named ranges. Assuming of course that the source data is
in Excel.
