how do I lock the first tab of multiple worksheets
I have a project in Excel that has 28 worksheets. I want to be able to lock
the first worksheet so it stays where it is and I can see the tab while I am looking at all the other worksheets. Pretty much like locking the columns or rows, but this would be the whole worksheet. |

With Sheet1 displayed use Window|New Window
Now use Window | Arrange, tiled, horizontally You should see Sheet 1 twice Now click the Sheet2 tab in the right hand window and you can see Sheet1 and Sheet2 best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme Microsoft Excel MVP http://people.stfx.ca/bliengme remove caps from email "cailasgramma" wrote in message ...
