How can I clear data from a worksheet with out erasing the formulas?
I want to reuse last years sheet for this year. So how can I clear the data
with out erasing the formula?

Thanks

Select all* the ranges (hold down CTRL to select discontiguous ranges)
Then press F5 Special Check "Constants" OK
This will focus it only on cells with data. Press Delete key to clear at one
go.

*In selecting the ranges, try as far as possible to exclude text labels, col
headers etc ie data that you want to retain

Hi Chris,

Just to add to the other replies,
After you have gone to F5SpecialConstants
You will most likely need to Uncheck Text, Logicals and Errors,
and leave Numbers Checked.

The dialog box is a little confusing as these options appear under
the Formulas heading, but they work for Constants as well.
