How can I clear data from a worksheet with out erasing the formulas?
I want to reuse last years sheet for this year. So how can I clear the data with out erasing the formula? Thanks |

Select all* the ranges (hold down CTRL to select discontiguous ranges)
Then press F5 Special Check "Constants" OK This will focus it only on cells with data. Hi Chris,
Just to add to the other replies, After you have gone to F5SpecialConstants You will most likely need to Uncheck Text, Logicals and Errors, and leave Numbers Checked. The dialog box is a little confusing as these options appear under the Formulas heading, but they work for Constants as well. HTH Martin "chrisk" wrote in message ...
