Filled several cells with formulae that uses data from various cells.
Subsequently assigned names to the data cells. Formulae still reflects
column+row addresses. Is there an easy way to update all of the cells with
formulae to reflect the assigned names as opposed to the cell address?

Just use Find/Replace. Say you have:
=E1 in a cell and later define the name eone to E1. Find/Replace can change
the formula from:
=E1
to
=eone

Thanks Gary. This is a big improvement over my editing each formula.

In this particular instance, I only have about 20 named cells, so I can use
the replace method. I have other workbooks with many more data cells that I
would like to update with names. Is there a way that Excel can be "forced"
to reflect names? By the way I'm using Excel 2007.

Thanks again
