Arrow keys scroll the page instead of navigating through boxes

Usually I navigate the boxes in a spreadsheet using the arrow keys on my
keyboard. Now they scroll the entire page up/down, left/right instead. What
happened and how do I fix it?

Arrow keys scroll the page instead of navigating through boxes

Your scroll lock is set... press the keyboard's ScrLk toggle button to
release it.
