How do I pull information from one worksheet to another using cer.

Example: In Worksheet Color: Column A has two choices, Red and Blue. I would
like to pull all of the rows that have Column A as Red to a new worksheet
called Red, and all of the rows that have Column A as Blue to a new worksheet
called blue. Any Suggestions would be great!
