I am modifying a spsh with the data entry function
=FORMULA(INPUT("Enter the RCS Pressure (psia)",1,,,,,),DELTSTWS.XLS!$F$128)

I cannot find a description of the construct. Is anyone familiar with the
details?

This isn't 123. It's Excel's old XLM macro language. You can download help
files for XLM from

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

(or http://makeashorterlink.com/?E28421BCA ).
