Good Afternoon.
Thanks in advance for your help. I am being forced to go to 2007 since the work environment has updated their software packages and I am sure that I will be pleased with the latest and greatest after I find all of the buttons that I have been using with 2003. I am attempting to use the Pivot table in 07 and am having difficulty in finding the wizard similar to the 03 version. The 03 would allow the "Floating toolbar" to have a dropdown and select the wizard to "reconfigure" the layout if the user wanted. Also the "page" function on the wizard was a great help to me and I can't find it either. Thanks so much for you help, my grey matter is getting a bit sluggish as I get older, it still beats the alternative. cil |

The 'old' PivotTable wizard still exists in Excel 2007 but to use it you will
either need to customise the Quick Access Toolbar to add the button 'PivotTable and PivotChart Wizard' from the 'Commands Not in Ribbon' or 'All Commands' category, or alternatively you can use the Excel 2003 keyboard shortcut sequence Alt-D-P to launch the wizard.
