move page breaks

Excel 2003 for Windows

I am unable to manually move page breaks. According to the Help file, in
Page Break view, I place cursor over the page break line (blue line) until
cursor changes to double arrow. However, the only time the cursor changes
to double arrow is when cursor is in the margins. Then any movement only
causes the width (or height) of that column (or row) to change.

Any help in figuring this out will be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you.

Laura

I think I found the answer: in Options, allow drag and drop

Thanks - and I apologize if I posted this to the wrong group. It
belatedly occurred to me that "...worksheet.functions" meant the special
math functions (mean, standard deviation) options, and not "functions" in
general.
