Default freeze multiple columns

Is it possible to freeze one row (say, row A) and multiple columns (say,
columns 1, 2, 3, 9, & 15) where the frozen columns will stack under each
other as you scroll down the page? For instance, as I scroll down the page I
want column 9 to stop or freeze when it reaches column 3, and as I continue
to scroll down the page I want column 15 to stop or freeze at column 9. At
this point, columns 1, 2, 3, 9, & 15 would be stacked at the top of the page
and columns 16 through 23 are visible. Thank you.

I think you are getting columns and rows mixed up, but I don't think
you can do what you want.

Well, you could open 2nd, 3rd, etc. windows of the same document and
then tile them. Each can be left at a different view.

In menu....Window:New Window
And to tile....Window:Arrange
