password protect certain cells change
I have a cell which use a look-up table, Is there a way in which a user can
change the data in the cell, with out removing the look-up formula and only change the cell data after a warning message. I am no good with code so if poss is there a way to do it with out code? |

No. Entering anything into a cell that contains a formula will remove the formula, and the warning message will require code. Using Data Validation will display a message that may be of some use to you but then the cell couldn't contain a formula.
