Advanced Filter how to include columns
Hi~
Another problem I encounter is when using Advanced Filter. My data is structured as follows: Port# | Name Line# | Name | Address | City | State | Zip 1 | 1 | John Doe | Address1 1 | 2 | Jane Doe | Address1 14 | 2 | John Doe | Address1 When adding another column in between Name and Address which has a calculation based on Name, and then using Advanced Filter, the filter does not copy the values in this newly created column. Example (because John and Jane have a joint acount): 1 | 1 | John Doe | Jane Doe | Address 1 When using Advanced filter the column for Jane Doe will remain empty. Why would that be and how can I prevent it? Thanks greatly for your help! |

Does the new column have a unique heading, e.g. Name2?
