EXCEL 2007 WORKSHEET LAYOUT
 

My Worksheet goes from RIGHT to LEFT in the Arabic fashion even though I
have set the default to UK. The PC was resourced in the Middle East but as
far as I am aware all the settings have been changed. Am I missing something?

In Excel 2003 it is Tools/ Options/ International/ Right-to-Left, select
Left-to-Right

a hint on translating commands from 2003 to 2007.

There appears to be nowhere in EXCEL 2007 that corresponds with this command. The flow of data seems to be controlled by the Language Settings which I have set to English but still the Spreadsheet runs from right to left.
